Reservation Attorney (Child Welfare)

The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a full-time Reservation Attorney - Child Welfare to join the Office of Reservation Attorney. The selected candidate will provide legal counsel to the Tribal government, Board of Directors, and various administrative entities, with a dedicated focus on child welfare law and the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). Key duties include representing the Tribes in child welfare proceedings across Tribal and State courts, drafting legal correspondence and complex documentation, and delivering persuasive presentations to leadership and outside agencies.

This amazing kid has come down with an illness that prevents him from playing soccer for 30 days. Without revealing his HIPPA [intentional joke for terminally on-line people], he is miserable, will recover, but is very very sad.
